Registration Guideline

• Only officers who must have served for minimum of one year in service on the date of this circular are eligible to register and sit for this examination.
• Registrations for this examination is meant for both fresh and resit candidates.
• The examination will take place in three (3) centres; Zaria, Kaduna and Kafanchan simultaneously.
• Newly registered Administrative Officers and State Counsel cadres shall sit for papers A, B, C, D & E, while all other cadres (Teachers inclusive) will sit for papers A' B & E only.
  The Administrative Officers and State Counsels that sat for four (4) or three (3) papers in the 2022 examination are advised to re-register and sit for the remaining papers as appropriate.
• Candidates (officers) are advised to log into Kaduna State Civil Service Examination registration portal www.kadcivilserviceexams.com in order to register for th examination.
• The Examination portal would be opened from Monday 8^th January, 2024 to Friday 2^nd February, 2024.
• Candidates (officers) are to print their examination slips from Monday 5^th - Sunday 11^th February, 2024.
• The examination is scheduled to hold between Monday 12^th February, 2024 to Friday 16^th February, 2024 across the three (3) centres simultaneously.
• The Examination shall commence at 9:00am daily.
• All candidates are advised to come along with their office identity card and exams slip to be allowed into the examination hall.
• Candidates (officers) should make sure that they properly cross-check their details and papers registered during application/registration before making final submission especially for officers that use Business Centres (Cafe).
• Candidates should ensure that they click and submit the examination appropriately as provided in the computers as soon as they finish answering the questions.
• The maximum time for each paper is 15 minutes.
